Modern TVs

I have a 42" plasma television that the audio keeps cutting in and out of. What could the problem be?

I have tried new cables. The audio keeps coming and going, with the picture coming and going also.

1. Sounds and looks like it's broke.
2. Is that the antenna signal that cuts in and out? Reposition the antenna HIGHER and toward the TV towers. Now if you see the problem on a game or DVD player, it's not the antenna, it's the TV set. And if it's cutting in and out, it must be power supply related, like the regulator is bad; or the signal board, or the switch IC or..... Hmm, might be time to find a TV repairman...
