Is now the best time to buy a lcd Television?

I am looking for the cheapest 32'' LCD television. Is now (May 2009) a good time to buy a television or should I wait until June? What is the best deal for a lcd tv at a retail store? Anything under $400?

1. Now is a good time to buy. Prices are about half what they were a couple years ago and new technologies like LED are improving making LCD less desirable thus cheaper. Walmart has good prices on TV if you absolutely have to stay under $400. I personally would prefer something that is a little smaller and a little more expensive but that has a very high quality picture. Check out the 1080p Samsung in the link.
