Do you think that the representation of Islam in modern TV drama will increase prejudice against Muslims?

3. What is the representation of Islam in modern t.v.? Other than some satirical shows I'm not too sure there is any mention of Islam....but I'm not a really big t.v. guy.
4. I'm against anti-Muslim prejudice, but sadly things on CNN such as 8 year old girls being forced to marry 50 year old Saudi men are far more damaging than any drama show.
5. Yeah, same way it increases prejudice against muderers and child molesters. Murderers and child molesters get such a bad rap, but, really, when you get to know them, they're very nice people.

11. When you focus on the Taliban, Saddam Hussein and some of the others, yes! The media focuses on people burning the american flags and people that hate us. But I'm sure there are those who show love the way they were taught to. It's so funny that their religion stems from Judeo-Christian ideas, why is there so much hate on all the different sides?
12. It always deppends how you present islam in a TV drama. Do it in a good way. Dont judge media and politics with islam. Its hard to say and all its deppends what is the outcome and how you presented.
13. I think it can't get any worse than it is now. It seems that a lot of people are getting fed up with that and the tide is turning. The unfortunate thing is that most people seem to think it's only possible to love one side and hate the other. So, if you see Muslims as human beings that means you hate America and Jews. If you support Israel's right to exist then you must also want to see the annihilation of Palestinians rather than the two state solution that was intended in the first place . We (the U.S.) are the ones who continue to fuel the prejudice. The U.S. WANTS to keep Israel is a perpetual state of war and wants to fuel prejudice against Muslims. That's the only way our government can justify wars that are very lucrative to big business. It's always been that way. The U.S. has been there every step of the way vetoing resolutions that would bring peace. We arm the enemy, then attack them, because how would it look if we attack utterly defenseless people?
